Providing you with beautiful, handmade ceramics is the ultimate goal, and I want you to be absolutely ecstatic when you open your package. I actually enjoy talking to humans as much as clay—even if there's a problem with your order, so please reach out. I will do my absolute best to help you, within the bounds of human capability and the laws of physics (though I went to art school, so my grasp on physics is highly debatable).

Shipping

I pack and ship your ceramics as fast as humanly possible.

  • Processing Time: 2–7 business days (it rarely takes the full 7, unless the universe throws a tantrum).
  • Shipping Days: I aim to ship orders out on Mondays and Tuesdays. However, package drops can and probably will bleed into any other day of the week if my schedule spirals out of control.
  • Multiple Pieces: If purchasing multiple pieces, contact myfriendroze.store@gmail.com for a custom shipping estimate prior to purchase — or else you're gonna pay double 😂

Returns & Refunds

Because these are, fragile, handmade ceramics, I am unable to accept returns. Sending a ceramic piece on a two-way round trip with the postal service is just asking for a box of powder.

Damages & Transit Issues

I pack every order as I'd like something I've ordered to be packed - with an almost absurd amount of care. Unfortunately, I cannot control USPS (no matter how hard I manifest it). If the postal workers decided to play an aggressive game of basketball with your box and your piece arrives broken, here is the game plan:

  1. Take a picture of the broken piece inside its original packaging.
  2. Email me the horror photos immediately at myfriendroze@gmail.com.
  3. The Reality Check: Everything at myfriendroze is one-of-a-kind. If we file a claim and I replace your broken item instead of refunding it, the replacement will be similar, but not an exact clone. Think of it as a sibling, but not a twin.

Once the shipping claim is officially filed, we will jump right into the next steps to get your refund issued or your unique replacement piece started.
